To be included in our review, each on-line merchant is put through a rigorous screening process.
We begin by investigating the industry. Here we usually come across dozens of on-line stores. We look at
each store carefully, checking their customer service, inventory, shipping policies, availability and return policies.
The top three or four stores are determined by comparing prices (including shipping costs and sales tax) for a basket of products
at each of the stores. Stores can lose standing for poor customer service.
We then create an alternative list for the remaining stores based on these criteria and pass
the info along
to you. Here stores can be listed for exceptional
customer service, great selection or overall quality.
