The computer froze up on me at different points as I tried to make a bid on the Internet. I made it all the way to "3 pages more to go" when it froze again. I gave up and called their 800 number. I made my bid and complained that I couldn't get through; their expalnation was that my computer must have trouble reading Javascript. You have to give your credit card number to the automated system before you get to talk to a live person; I was a little queasy about that.
