As you can imagine, calls routed over the Internet do not have the same voice quality as traditional long
distance, but its pretty good - comparable to a cell phone.

Other rates are good as well, Japan 23¢, Taiwan 30¢, and Mexico 28¢. Currently, they have
local access numbers in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Phoenix, San Jose, and Washington D.C.

are offering rates of 7¢ per minute in the U.S., 7.5¢ to Toronto and Montreal, and 12¢ to the rest of Canada. Currently,
they have local access numbers in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Jacksonville, Miami, Montreal, Orlando, Salt Lake City,
Tampa, Toronto and Tucson.

ICG Netcom specializes in the
domestic market. Their rates are 5.9¢ to ICG Netcom cities and 8.9¢ to other cities.
They currently have service in 31 cities with plans to roll out to 166 cities (covering 90% of the U.S.) by the end of 1998.
