There are two ways to buy flowers on the Web:
Direct from Grower
Order flowers directly from the grower and cut out the middlemen. The grower will ship the flowers
to your recipient overnight. Expect to spend about $35 for a
dozen roses including delivery, a savings of about $25 over a wire service like FTD. The only disadvantage
is that the flowers come in a sealed box. In our tests, we found the flowers were fresher, lasted longer and were cheaper!
Hand Delivered
Wire services will allow you to send flowers anywhere. These services are more expensive, but it makes a better impression
when the flowers come arranged in a vase.
